Global supply & documentation discipline
A chemical shipment moves through freight forwarders, customs brokers, and authorities at both ends of the route. Each of them checks the documentation, and one mismatch, between two documents or between a document and the goods, is enough to hold a shipment. We prepare the full set to avoid issues: SDS, Dangerous Goods Declarations, labels, invoice, certificate of origin, and customs classification all describe one product, consistent with what ships.

Proxima develops formulations, manufactures them, and prepares them for the markets they are sold into.
We can improve clients' existing formulas or develop new formulations based upon problems our clients observe in the markets they serve. For example, based on a client request we designed a product that seals and carries diagnostic dye in a single charge, with the dye detectable and the sealant intact.

We package to meet client needs, including drums, pails, bottles, syringes, pouches, cans and private-label packaging. Formats vary by formulation, market, regulatory requirements, and customer specification.
We source branded materials from established producers, selected on quality rather than proximity. Several are not sold on the open market. One driveline fluid we formulate with is released to two approved buyers in the Americas, and Proxima is one of them. Substitution requires engineering approval, and every lot is tested against its specification before release.

We import premium raw materials and manufacture in Mexico. Production lots run from under fifty finished units to full 208-liter drums, which lets clients test a market before committing to scale.

The formulas we develop reach the market under globally recognized brands. We do not publish customer names or disclose customer-specific formulations.
We don’t sell under our own name, every formula we make ships under someone else's brand.
We do not publish minimum order quantities. We take on early-stage projects and work with small volumes, with the intention of building recurring, long-term relationships.

We develop and introduce new formulations with our clients. Most work begins the same way: a client brings a novel idea or market need, and we work to develop the formulation.
Formulated for compatibility across refrigerant and oil types, with dosing concentrations calibrated to the system rather than to the dye.
Non-polymer, non-crystallizing formulations injected into the HVAC/R system to seal micro leaks; our sealants stay in service for the life of the equipment without clogging capillaries or expansion valves.
Applied at joints and connections, sealing without hardening or crystallizing; connections stay serviceable and can be broken and remade later.
Gel-type formulations where handling, placement, and cure behavior matter as much as the chemistry.
Designed for refrigeration and air-conditioning systems and components. Tested to ASHRAE 97 standards.

Quality & documentation
Every lot is tested against its specification before release, a batch that does not meet it does not ship. Moisture-sensitive formulations are produced under an inert-gas blanket that controls moisture levels during production.
Documentation is provided where appropriate and varies by product, country, and shipment.
Technical foundation
Our chemists have developed specialty chemical products and put them into production, working alongside the OEMs and distributors that carry them. A product must ship internationally, clear customs, and hold up in service, so we built those demands into the formula from the start.
We know the markets we serve: automotive, air conditioning and refrigeration, and industrial maintenance. That knowledge is what lets us stand behind our formulas long after the first lot ships. We answer the questions that come up over the life of the product, while our clients keep the brand and the customer relationship.
